Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Corrections has recommended certain salary increases and longevity compensation for associates within the Department of Corrections; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these increased costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 General Funds, be and hereby is made:
