WHEREAS, by Ordinance 5052, dated November 20, 2017, the Legislature did adopt the 2018 Jackson County budget; and,
WHEREAS, the adopted Ordinance 5052 established a Reserve Fund budget line related to legal services; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funding to cover the cost of special counsel fees for certain County departments in the proper accounts; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2018 General Fund be and hereby is made:
