Body
WHEREAS, the Assessment Department desires to purchase computers from an existing term and supply contract, using surplus funds within its budget; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the cost of this purchase; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2017 Assessment Fund, be and hereby is made:
