Body
WHEREAS, the Rock Island Rail Corridor Authority is in need of appraisal services related to the construction of the Rock Island Shared Use Path; and,
WHEREAS, such services are available via an existing term and supply contract; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary for these services in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2017 Special Obligation Bond Capital Project Fund be and hereby is made:
