WHEREAS, the County has received a payment from the Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund representing the repair cost of a Public Works Department fleet vehicle damaged as a result of a hail event; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the insurance payment in the proper spending account so that the funds may be used to repair the vehicle; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2017 Health Fund be and hereby is made:
