Body
WHEREAS, the Road and Bridge Division of Public Works Department has a need for training provided by the American Traffic Safety Services Association; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary for this training in the proper spending account; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2017 Special Road and Bridge Fund be and hereby is made:
