Body
WHEREAS, Daniel Caleb Schnelle of Lee's Summit, Missouri, has successfully completed all requirements to attain Scouting's highest honor, the rank of Eagle Scout; and,

WHEREAS, only approximately five percent of all Boy Scouts achieve the rank of Eagle Scout; and,

WHEREAS, earning the rank of Eagle Scout is an important milestone which carries special significance not only in Scouting, but also throughout a young man's pursuit of higher education, business ventures, or community service; and,

WHEREAS, Daniel, a member of Scout Troop 323, Heart of America Council, Thunderbird District, was presented with his Eagle Scout badge at the Eagle Court of Honor held November 13, 2016, at the First Presbyterian Church in Lee's Summit; and,

WHEREAS, Daniel has been a Scout for twelve years and has served as Junior Assistant Scout Master, Quartermaster, and Bugler; and,

WHEREAS, Daniel received the Arrow of Light Award, the Mile Swim Award, the World Conservation Award, the God and Church Religious Award, and is a Foxman in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say; and,

WHEREAS, for his Eagle Scout Project, Daniel directed the construction of three wooden benches for the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church youth room; and,

WHEREAS, Daniel is a senior at Lee's Summit West High School where he enjoys band, robotics, and is a member of the National Honor Society and the Team Titanium FIRST Robotics team; and,

WHEREAS, Daniel's proud parents, Dana and Vonda Schnelle, join in his celebration of this honor; now therefore,
