Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 19142, dated May 10, 2016, the Legislature did award a contract on Invitation to Bid No. 3-16, for the furnishing of security officer services for use by the Department of Corrections; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover additional costs incurred for these services during facilities maintenance and repair projects scheduled during 2017; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2017 General Fund be and hereby is made:
