Body
WHEREAS, Jeffrey A. Eisenbeis, Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court Administrator, is retiring January 31, 2017, after nineteen years of service to the Court; and,

WHEREAS, Jeff was appointed Court Administrator on October 3, 2012; and,

WHEREAS, during his tenure, he has established policies and procedures for fiscal accountability; and,

WHEREAS, his efforts have led to the implementation of programs to evaluate management and develop leadership within the court; and,

WHEREAS, during his time with the Court, Jeff developed a ten-year master plan for facilities maintenance, a technology plan for software and hardware upgrades, and obtained accreditation within the juvenile justice system; and,

WHEREAS, prior to becoming Court Administrator, Jeff served as Deputy Court Administrator/Director of Family Court Services, Deputy Director of Family Court Services, and Director of Budget and Support Services for the Family Court; and,

WHEREAS, before joining the Court, Jeff served for twenty years in the U.S. Army in various assignments throughout the United States and Europe, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel; and,

WHEREAS, in the U.S. Army, Jeff served as the Chief of the Federal Bureau of Investigations/U.S. Army Hazardous Devices School, where he was responsible for the training of all civil law enforcement bomb technicians from throughout the United States; and,

WHEREAS, Jeff has served the Court with loyalty, honor, and distinction, and his friends and co-workers will miss his ...
