WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Office desires to purchase additional computer equipment to upgrade its mobile ticketing operation using the existing term and supply contract with World Wide Technology, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the funds needed for this purchase in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2016 Sheriff's Revolving Fund be and hereby is made:
