WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Office has incurred unanticipated extradition expenses, which are reimbursed by the State of Missouri Department of Corrections; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the reimbursement funding in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2016 General Fund:
