Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, under the recommendation of the Human Resources Department, desires to move a senior management staff position from a merit-based classification to a position within its non-merit schedule in the County code; and,
WHEREAS, this recommendation is based on the expanded duties and responsibilities of this position within the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Enacting Clause. Schedule IV to Chapter 2, Jackson County Code, 1984, is hereby repealed, and one new schedule enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Schedule IV, to read as follows:
