WHEREAS, the County has received a payment in the amount of $2,664.10 from Affiliated Auctioneers representing the proceeds from the sale of surplus vehicles at auction; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the proceeds in the proper spending account so that the funds may be used toward the purchase of sound improvement paneling and doors using existing term and supply contracts, for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2016 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
