Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AG" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District AG to District RR, a tract of land located along the west side of Douglas Road north of Allen Road in Buckner, Missouri, and specifically described as follows:

Description: The West 15 acres of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, and the East 34.34 acres of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 50, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, EXCEPT the East 208.71 feet of the North 268.03 feet of the West Fifteen acres of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 50, Range 30, now platted as Enloe's Corner, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri, and FURTHER EXCEPTING the tract conveyed to James M. Wheeler and Kendra F. Wheeler, husband and wife, recorded as Document No. I-255619 in Book I-695 at Page 1942 describes as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 50, Range 30; thence East along the North line of said 1/4 38.79 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said 1/4 291.71 feet; thence West parallel to the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 50, Range 30, a distance of 381.00 feet; thence South 1 degree 35 minutes 30 seconds West 532.00 feet; thence West parallel to the last mentioned 1/4 212.00 feet; thence North 1 degree 08 minutes...
