Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 19052, dated January 19, 2016, the Legislature did authorize the execution of a Cooperative Agreement, in the amount of $16,940.00, with the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District for conservation efforts for the benefit and preservation of the road and bridge rights-of-way in unincorporated Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the original budget presented by the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District due to the need for additional printing supplies; and,
WHEREAS, an Addendum to the Cooperative Agreement is a suitable mechanism to memorialize the budget revisions; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute an Addendum to the Cooperative Agreement with the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District, at no additional cost to the County, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
