WHEREAS, the County has received a payment in the amount of $2,680.05 from Affiliated Auctioneers representing the proceeds from the sale of two surplus vehicles sold at auction; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the sale proceeds in the proper spending account so that the funds may be used to purchase wearing apparel using an existing term and supply contract; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2016 General Fund be and hereby is made:
