Body
WHEREAS, Rebbecca Lake Wood, the Public Administrator for Jackson County, has successfully completed sixteen years of service to her wards and the citizens of Jackson County; and,

WHEREAS, Rebbecca currently holds the designation of National Master Guardian awarded by the Center for Guardianship Certification; and,

WHEREAS, Rebbecca has exemplified the highest standards for advocacy and action in her representation of her 1,200 decedent, minor, and guardianship estates; and,

WHEREAS, Rebbecca is the voice for her clients to the professional community, urging lawmakers to make available sufficient resources to provide care for persons who cannot care for themselves; and,

WHEREAS, Rebbecca has served Jackson County as an outstanding Public Administrator by meeting regularly with the Legislature and keeping it informed of the needs and plans for her office; and,

WHEREAS, Rebbecca has maintained an outstanding record for securing the assets of her clients and preventing internal loss; and,

WHEREAS, Rebbecca has demonstrated an ability to manage her office within difficult financial constraints and continues to develop revenues in support of her office and other County needs; and,

WHEREAS, Rebbecca has implemented cutting edge approaches within her office and has further advocated for their implementation within the community; now therefore,
