Body
WHEREAS, the Chief Medical Examiner is retiring August 31, 2015, and the Medical Examiner's Office has a need to engage the services of forensic pathologists to assist the Acting Medical Examiner with neuropathology consultations until a permanent Medical Examiner is named; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the necessary funds for these services in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2015 Health Fund:
