Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AG" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District AG to District RE, a tract of land commonly known as 29305 E. Moreland School Road, Blue Springs, MO, and specifically described as follows:

Description: All that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 48 North, Range 30 West, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 88 degrees 16 minutes 19 seconds East along the North line of said Southwest Quarter, 588.99 feet; Thence South 02 degrees 03 minutes 08 seconds West, 1314.56 feet to a point on the South line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9; Thence North 88 degrees 16 minutes 34 seconds West along said East line, 589.63 feet to the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 9; thence North 02 degrees 04 minutes 48 seconds East along the West line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 9, 1314.60 feet to point of beginning.



Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of the Janice K. Pule (RZ-2015-520), requesting the amendment embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission voted 7 to 0 to recommend APPROVAL of this application after a public hearing on July 16, 2015, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to th...
