WHEREAS, the Information Technology Department has a need for ongoing hardware and software maintenance and service of the VoIP Telephone System for the upcoming twelve-month period; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited bids on Request for Proposals No. 32-15 for the furnishing hardware and software maintenance, service, and monitoring of the County's Avaya telephone system; and,
WHEREAS, a total of twenty-eight notifications were distributed and three responses were received and evaluated as follows:
