Body
WHEREAS, the Facilities Management Division of the Public Works Department desires to enter into an agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc., to determine the feasibility and costs of energy and operational savings of improvements to certain County-owned buildings, at no cost to the County; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc., is a suitable mechanism by which to implement the mutual agreements of the parties; and,
WHEREAS, the execution of this agreement is in the best interests of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Jackson County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
