Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18541, dated June 9, 2014, the Legislature did award a twelve-month contract with one twelve-month option to extend, on Request for Proposals No. 45-14 to John Q. Ebert and Associates Consulting, LLC, of Bluffton, OH, for the furnishing of a highly-qualified, experienced consultant with assessor experience, at an initial cost to the County of $40,000.00; and,

WHEREAS, by Resolution 18624, dated October 6, 2014, the Legislature did authorize an Addendum to the Consulting Agreement with John Q. Ebert and Associates Consulting to assist with the County's 2015 reappraisal process at an additional cost to the County not to exceed $60,000.00; and,

WHEREAS, by Resolution 18700, dated January 12, 2015, the Legislature did authorize a Second Addendum to the Agreement with Ebert and Associates, at an additional cost to the County not to exceed $270,000.00; and,

WHEREAS, Ebert and Associates is providing additional assistance in connection with the County's Board of Equalization hearings related to valuation reviews of properties appealed to the Board for 2015 and guidance and planning to the Assessment Department related to planning and operations for the 2017 reassessment; and,

WHEREAS, it is recommended that the County Executive execute a Third Addendum to the Agreement with Ebert and Associates Consulting, LLC, to provide these additional services for the remainder of 2015; and,
