Body
WHEREAS, the County has received a payment from Shelter Mutual Insurance Company representing the repair cost of a fleet vehicle assigned to the Environmental Health Division of the Public Works Department, damaged as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on June 12, 2015; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the insurance payment in the proper spending account so that the funds may be used to repair the vehicle; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2015 Health Fund be and hereby is made:
