WHEREAS, the Sports Complex Authority is in need of an Office Administrator position and needs to properly allocate for the Sports Complex staff pension; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the required funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the 2015 Convention and Sports Complex Fund be and hereby is made:
