BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
 
Section A.  Enacting Clause.  Schedules I and IV to Chapter 2, Jackson County, 1984, are hereby repealed, and two new schedules enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Schedules I and IV, to read as follows:
