Body
WHEREAS, the County has received a payment from the Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund representing the repair cost of a Jackson County Drug Task Force fleet vehicle damaged as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on October 23, 2014; and,
                                    
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the insurance payment in the proper spending account so that the funds may be used to repair the vehicle; now therefore,
 
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2015 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
