Body
WHEREAS, County Legislative Auditor Gary Panethiere has been appointed as the County's Chief Operating Officer; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the Legislature appoint an auditor to fill the unexpired term of this office; and,
WHEREAS, Crissy Wooderson, the current Jackson County Deputy Legislative Auditor, is experienced in all aspects of legal government operations and possesses all of the qualifications for this office; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Crissy Wooderson is hereby appointed Legislative Auditor to fill the unexpired term of Gary Panethiere, to expire December 31, 2016; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ms. Wooderson shall receive an initial annual salary in this office of $102,000...Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
