Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Office desires to purchase riot gear to include helmets, shields, gas masks, and batons from an existing term and supply vendor; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place funds available in the Federal Forfeiture Fund in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2014 Federal Forfeiture Fund be and hereby is made:
