WHEREAS, the County's Public Administrator's Office is in need of office chairs to replace the current chairs that are broken, stained, and more than 20 years old; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to cover the cost of this furniture; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2014 Health Fund:
