Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18341, dated December 2, 2013, the Legislature did authorize an Agreement with West Central Missouri Regional Lodge No. 50 of the Fraternal Order of Police regarding the terms and conditions of employment of members of its bargaining unit within the Sheriff's Office; and,
WHEREAS, as part of this Agreement, a new pay structure is to be implemented during 2014; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the additional costs of the new pay structure; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2014 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
