Body
WHEREAS, the County has received a payment from State Farm Fire and Casualty Company representing the repair cost of a Parks + Rec Department fleet vehicle damaged as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on December 24, 2013; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the insurance payment in the proper spending account so that the funds may be used to repair the vehicle; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2014 Park Fund be and hereby is made:
