Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded the OSCA Juvenile Justice Program Assistance grant in the amount of $30,000.00 by the Office of the State Courts Administrator, for the period of July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015; and,
WHEREAS, the grant funds will be used to provide monitoring of at risk youth; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the undesignated fund balance of the 2014 Grant Fund:
