Body
WHEREAS, by Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 20-14, the Director of Finance and Purchasing did solicit the submission of qualifications from firms interested in providing evaluation services for COMBAT-funded anti-violent crime programs; and,
WHEREAS, the Director distributed thirty-two notifications and received two responses to the RFQ, as follows:

and,
WHEREAS, the proposals submitted were evaluated on the basis of responsiveness to the scope of services, qualifications, experience, approach, and references; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the proposals, the COMBAT Administration has recommended the award of a contract for these services to Resource Development Institute; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends that the award be made pursuant to section 1054.6 of the Jackson County Code, 1984, to Resource Development Institute of Kansas City, MO, at a cost to the County not to exceed $57,625.00; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute for the County a Consulting Agreement with RDI, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.
