Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18341, dated December 2, 2013, the Legislature did authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the West Central Lodge No. 50 of the Fraternal Order of Police, as the bargaining unit for certain employees within the Sheriff's Office; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer within the Sheriff's Office's salary budget lines is necessary to conform to the new pay scale approved as part of the MOU; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2014 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
