Body
WHEREAS, the Assessment Department has a budget shortfall related to the 2013 reassessment and the realignment of employees from fulltime to part-time; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the necessary funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2013 Assessment Fund:
