WHEREAS, the Circuit Court desires to make available excess funds budgeted for salaries toward the renovation of the Independence Courthouse Annex; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary in order to place the necessary funds in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2013 General Fund and the 2013 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
