Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to the United Development Code of Jackson County, section 24003.24, Jackson County Code, 1984, a certain 3.05 + acre tract within the subdivision ATheron's Ranch@ is hereby vacated, said tract being specifically described as follows:

Description: All that part of Lot 2, Theron's Ranch, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said lot 2, said point being S 01° 52' 54" W, along said west line, 655.96 feet from the northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence S 01° 52' 54" W continuing along said west line, 491.98 feet to the southwest corner of said lot 2; thence S 88° 07' 06" E, along the south line of said lot, 286.99 feet to the se corner of said lot 2; thence N 01° 52' 54" E, along the east line of said lot 2, 491.98 feet to a point 104.11 feet south of the south line of Lot 1, said Theron's Ranch; 346 feet; thence N 55° 12' 21" W, 128.49 feet; thence N 69° 18' 33" W, 189.22 feet to the point of beginning.





Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Theron Crall, Jr. (LA-2013-028), requesting the vacation embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission voted 8 to 0 to recommend APPROVAL of this application at a public hearing on January 17, 2013, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
