BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AG" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District AG to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 50, Range 31 West, Jackson County, Missouri, said property is all of the proposed Lot 2 of the proposed subdivision "Mundy Estates", the description when said subdivision is recorded will be "All of Lot 2, Mundy Estates, a subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 50, Range 31 West in Jackson County, Missouri", more particularly as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 9; thence along the South line of the Northeast Quarter North 87 degrees 40 minutes 33 seconds West, 2628.73 feet, to the Southwest corner of the said Northeast Quarter, said point also being the center of said Section; thence North 02 degrees 08 minutes 04 seconds East, along the Westerly line of said Northeast Quarter, 923.50 feet to the proposed Southwest corner of said proposed Lot 2, said point also being the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said West line of the Northeast Quarter, North 02 degrees 08 minutes 04 seconds East, 403.92 feet, to the proposed Southerly right of way line of Courtney Atherton Road; thence leaving said Westerly line along said Southerly right of way line along a curve to the ...
