RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE ETHICS, HUMAN RELATIONS, AND CITIZEN COMPLAINTS COMMISSION
Title
Pursuant to article X, section 2 of the 2010 Jackson County Charter, I hereby make the following appointments to the Ethics, Human Relations, and Citizen Complaints Commission:
Howard Lotven is appointed as a District 1 member, for a term to expire June 4, 2013. A copy of Mr. Lotven's resume is attached.
Rafaela Garcia is appointed as a District 1 member, for a term to expire June 4, 2015. A copy of Ms. Garcia's resume is attached.
Rosemary S. Lowe is appointed as a District 2 member, for a term to expire June 4, 2014. A copy of Ms. Lowe's resume is attached.
Keith Curnutt is appointed as a District 3 member, for a term to expire June 4, 2014. A copy of Mr. Curnutt's resume is attached.
Randall Vest is appointed as a District 5 member, for a term to expire June 4, 2015. A copy of Mr. Vest's resume is attached.
Jabbar Wesley is appointed as a District 4 member, for a term to expire June 4, 2013. A copy of Mr. Wesley's resume is attached.
Roger Davis is appointed as a District 6 member, for a term to expire June 4, 2016. Mr. Davis shall serve as chair of the Commission. A copy of Mr. Davis's resume is attached.
