Body
WHEREAS, the City of Levasy has requested the use of $3,226.00 from its County Urban Road System (CURS) account to cover the cost of street repairs at the railroad crossings at Main Street, Old Lexington Road, and North Stock Road; and,

WHEREAS, the Legislature finds that the project proposed by the City will benefit the citizens of Levasy and the citizens of Jackson County; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that, pursuant to chapter 28, Jackson County Code, 1984, the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to issue a check in the amount of $3,226.00 to the City of Levasy for improvements to Main Street, Old Lexington Road, and North Stock Road.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
