Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 17684, dated September 26, 2011, the Legislature did award a contract for Legal Files Case and Matter Management System services for use by the Office of County Counselor to Legal Files Software, of Springfield, Illinois, as a sole source purchase, at a cost to the County not to exceed $67,914.00; and,
WHEREAS, since this purchase the Office of the County Counselor has increased its staff and two additional Legal Files user licenses and related services are needed, at an additional cost to the County not to exceed $4,670.00; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the necessary funds in the appropriate spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2012 General Fund be and is hereby made:
