Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 17597, dated May 23, 2011, the Legislature did award a contract for LEWeb law enforcement computer information services to the Regional Justice Information Services (REJIS) Commission, of St. Louis, MO, as an acquisition from another governmental entity, at a cost to the County for 2011 not to exceed $11,592.00; and,

WHEREAS, by Resolution 17657, dated August 11, 2011, the Legislature did authorize a first addendum to the contract with REJIS to allow the Sheriff's Office to access information for the Conceal Carry Weapons Program; and,

WHEREAS, the Jackson County Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force is also in need of a subscription for the REJIS LEWeb law enforcement computer information services, at an additional cost to the County for 2011 not to exceed $397.50; and,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to execute for the County a second addendum to the agreement with the REJIS Commission, of St. Louis, MO; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement, and all addenda thereto.


Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
