INTRODUCED BY Scott Burnett, County Legislator
Body
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court desires to replace many of its obsolete desktop computers; and,
WHEREAS, by making this purchase from the 2011 budget, the Court will be able to reduce its budget requests for 2012; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2011 General Fund:
