Body
WHEREAS, in the budget, the Jackson County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force pays its staff from the regular salary account line and officers from other city jurisdictions are paid from the other contractual services budget account line; and,

WHEREAS, three regular employees have been transferred away from the Drug Task Force and replaced with officers from other jurisdictions that should be paid from the other contractual services account; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to pay the officers' salaries from the correct account line; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2011 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
