RESOLUTION #17514, February 22, 2011

INTRODUCED BY Dan Tarwater, County Legislator

Body
WHEREAS, the Office of Population Control desires to increase the capacity of the County's electronic monitoring program from 75 to 100; and,

WHEREAS, this change will require an increase in the hours of one part-time staff member from 20 hours to 35 hours per week; and,

WHEREAS, the additional funds to cover this cost were inadvertently placed in the incorrect spending account during the budgeting process; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds in the proper spending account; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2011 Anti Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
