Body

WHEREAS, the COMBAT Administration recommends that $46,704.00 in Anti-Drug Sales Tax Funds be allocated to the Sheriff's Office's 2011 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program representing one-half of the 2011 allocation for DARE, with the balance to be transferred mid-year subject to available revenues; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2011 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover this program; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2011 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
