Body
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department recommends an Environmental Health Services Agreement with the City of Lake Lotawana, to provide for the inspection by County staff of food service establishments within the City; and,
WHEREAS, such services are in accordance with provisions of chapter 70 of the County Code and ยง70.170, RSMo 2000; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement for Environmental Services adequately sets forth the agreement and understanding of the parties; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement for Environmental Services with the City of Lake Lotawana.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
