Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. A conditional use permit is hereby renewed for a period of ten (10) years to continue operating an adult group quarters (boarding home), as to an approximate 2 + acre tract of land generally located 2/10 of a mile east of Woods Chapel Road on the north side of Vesper Street and specifically described as follows:
Description: Lot 1 in Old Blue Springs subdivision lying in part of the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 49, Range 31, in Jackson County, Missouri, aka 3001 NW Vesper.

Section 2. The conditional use permit renewed by this Ordinance is subject to the following conditions:
1. The adult group quarter (boarding home) is limited to fifteen assisted residents.

2. The applicant shall comply with all rules and regulations of the state of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and Department of Mental Health.

3. Upon renewal of the required state licenses, the applicant shall forward a copy to the Department of Public Works - Planning and Development Division.
Section 3. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Paul and Doris Collier (CU-2009-204), requesting approval embodied in this Ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this application in a public hearing on April 16, 2009, does adopt this Ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.
