Body
WHEREAS, the County has expended all available funds for telephone costs, and requires an additional $75,000.00 to complete the year; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover these costs; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the fund balance of 2008 General Fund be and hereby is made:
