Body
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has identified a need to install fire suppression sensors in the HVAC system of the downtown courthouse, as required in order to meet fire code standards; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the installation costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the fund balance of 2008 General Fund be and hereby is made:
